How far ahead should I book?
Most couples reserve 2 to 6 months out. Popular stems like hydrangeas and peonies go first for June to September Saturdays, so add them to a quote early to hold them.
Can I see the flowers before my event?
Yes. We send photo and video updates of the exact stems and arrangements we’re preparing for you, so you can see colours, textures and scale up close. Ask for a video walkthrough of any piece, and we’ll make changes until it’s just right.
How do I return my florals?
Simply package the florals back in the box just as they were shipped to you. There’s no need to disassemble any arrangements or clean anything. We take care of the rest.
